From 2011 to 2023, I worked for a thriving small business, starting as a receptionist and working my way up to Director of Finance. I handled everything from budgets to bank reconciliations, making sure the numbers made sense (and that people actually got paid). Then, I became a mom—and if you haven’t heard, that changes everything.

I wanted the best of both worlds: to be there for my family and continue doing what I love. That’s why I started REM.
